While the construction and public works sectors remain heavily male-dominated, Colas has been working for over 10 years to increase gender diversity.
The action plan, which aims to attract more women and offer them fulfilling careers, is led by the HR department and supported by all management levels. Increasing the representation of women in governing bodies is a longer-term endeavor, and the results are not yet fully reflected in the statistics.
Colas and its subsidiaries remain mobilized to advance feminization in the construction of cities and communication routes, for the benefit of everyone.
